MANUP? – Men’s Mental Health Charity

MANUP? is a registered UK charity dedicated to transforming men’s mental health by breaking stigma, raising awareness, and providing practical support. They fund independent research to better understand the challenges men face and advocate for improved services and access.

What They Do
Therapy and peer support: MANUP? offers free group therapy sessions led by qualified psychotherapists and funds one-to-one therapy when needed.

Awareness and education: Through videos, webinars, talks, and social media, they encourage open dialogue by sharing real men’s mental health journeys.

Live and online events: Themed “MANUP? Talks” on topics like loneliness, ADHD, and bereavement take place regularly, alongside retreats, physical challenges, and collaborative events with employers, schools, and communities.

Advocacy and policy: MANUP? works with policymakers to challenge stigma and campaign for better mental health provision for men.

Men across the UK looking for support, connection, or information related to mental health.

Carers supporting men, who can benefit from MANUP?’s resources, events, and signposts to trusted specialist services, including those focused on trauma, bereavement, and addiction.
