
Carers Hub Support Groups
We hold monthly support groups across the City, County, and online for Carers. There is also a monthly support group specifically for Young Adult Carers. Take a look at our Support Group page here for full details of dates and venues.

Other Support Groups
There are other support groups around Nottingham who support Young Adults, such as:
- The Mix – Offer support groups but also information on relationships, mental health, drink and drugs, housing, money, work, study, crime and safety, travel and lifestyle, and more
- The Wolf Pack – A youth organisation dedicated to reducing loneliness and promoting positive mental health among people aged 16-35 through a combination of one-to-one support, social groups, events, and more, The Wolf Pack aims to create support networks and build communities for isolated young people. Run by Nottingham locals who have had personal experience with loneliness and isolation in their lives, they are passionate about providing safe and welcoming spaces to all young people, regardless of background or circumstance.
- Base 51 – Counselling, trauma support, LGBTQIA+ groups, young leaders programme, youth club, practical support, and more for 11-24 year olds in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
- Sibs – Support for disabled siblings. Many adult siblings juggle multiple responsibilities, feel isolated, and need support in their sibling role.
- Be U Notts – A free, accessible and convenient mental health and emotional wellbeing support service for people between 0-25 years of age and their parents and carers.
- Nott Alone – A website providing information and mental health support for people of all ages in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
