Nottinghamshire Hospice – Bereavement Buddies Support Group (Clifton)

These free social groups are peer-led, with support from Nottinghamshire Hospice’s trained staff and volunteers. Sessions offer an opportunity for bereaved people to meet and share experiences with others in a similar situation.

Anyone grieving the loss of a loved one is welcome to attend. These are predominantly social support groups so may not be suitable for those who are very newly bereaved, or who might struggle with listening to other people talking about their own grief.

There’s no need to book, just drop in. We understand that everyone deals with their grief differently so you can come along to the groups for as long as you need to
