Help Shape How Technology Supports People in Nottingham – Co-production Workshop

Nottingham City Council is bringing in technology to help people live independently in the place they call home. From September they are testing it with people who draw on care and support. It is a service that works alongside the care that people already have, not instead of.

Nottingham City Council want the service to be designed with people, not for them. So they are asking the people of Nottingham what it should do, how it should be explained, and what would make it worth trusting.

They would like to hear from people who draw on care and support, family members, unpaid carers and anyone with an interest in how technology could help people live well at home.

At the event you will be in a small group table. You will talk about what a good day looks like, see some of the equipment and let them know what you think as well as sharing what would make you say yes or no to having something like it at home.
