Dementia Action Week – Kilton Feel Good Memory Cafe

It can be very challenging if you or a loved one are living with dementia. Finding warm, understanding spaces in the community can make a real difference. Dementia and memory cafes are places to meet others, share conversation and take part in enjoyable activities in a supportive setting.

A memory café, often known as a dementia café, is an informal get-together for people living with dementia and their carers. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, offering a chance to chat, connect with others in similar situations, and find friendly guidance and support without any pressure or formality.

Sessions cost £6, which includes unlimited tea and coffee, a light lunch and entertainment.
