DESCRIPTION:This free walk is for people living with dementia and their supporters. The walk will meet at the Cafe in Stonebridge City Farm just as you enter. \nIf you are driving to the walk\, limited parking is available just outside the farm. SUMMARY:Open Door 1: Early-To Mid-Onset Dementia Support
DESCRIPTION:Open Door 1 welcome people with early-to mid-onset dementia\, from those who have never been to a day service before to those who have been too many times. Open Door 1 are a fun and engaging community who do not want to leave people behind\, focusing on helping them at a critical time in their diagnosis. \nThe first session is free for attendees to come and see what it’s all about and includes two morning activities as well as refreshments. Lunch can be purchased for an additional £6.
